Raw Material Virginity & MFI Verification
Incoming polymer pellets (POM, PA66, PC, PP) undergo automated Melt Flow Index (MFI) testing, moisture titration, and ash content validation prior to hopper loading.
Zero-Defect Metrology & Quality Protocol
Industrial components and multi-cavity injection molds demand absolute repeatability. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system guarantees that every micron complies with your CAD specification.
Incoming polymer pellets (POM, PA66, PC, PP) undergo automated Melt Flow Index (MFI) testing, moisture titration, and ash content validation prior to hopper loading.
Before serial production, T1 samples undergo full 3D coordinate measuring on our Zeiss bridge CMM to establish baseline CPK and dimensional conformity against CAD blueprints.
Quality engineers perform dimensional, weight, and cosmetic spot audits every 60 minutes on active presses with calibrated digital micrometers and pin gauges.
Every dispatch consignment includes an itemized Certificate of Analysis (COA) and dimensional inspection sheet signed by our Chief Quality Inspector.
Verified Metrology Equipment
We do not guess tolerances. Every mold electrode, cavity block, and precision textile component is verified against 3D CAD nominal geometry in our temperature-stabilized metrology room (20°C ± 0.5°C). Full statistical histograms and pass/fail reports accompany all exported shipments.
All export shipments leave our factory with: (1) Raw Material Manufacturer Certificate of Analysis (COA), (2) 100% CMM dimensional audit sheet for critical features, (3) Drop and tensile test reports for polymer components, and (4) ISPM-15 heat-treated wood packaging certification.
